Shipping, returns & support

Orders are produced and shipped on demand by our partner Fourthwall (merchant of record). Prices are shown in USD (CHF indicative); taxes, duties (where applicable, collected at checkout for the EU) and shipping are calculated at checkout.

Shipping

• Production 2-5 business days, then shipping. Typical delivery: USA 3-6 days, Europe/Switzerland 5-12 days, rest of world 7-20 days.
• Items ship from the production facility closest to you (USA or EU where available).
• Switzerland: import VAT may be charged by the carrier for parcels above the duty-free limit; clothing duties were abolished in 2024.

Returns & misprints

• Printed on demand means no size exchanges for change of mind - please check the size chart at checkout.
• Misprinted, damaged or wrong items: contact support within 30 days of delivery with a photo and you get a free replacement or refund.
• EU consumers keep their statutory 14-day withdrawal right where it applies to personalised goods.
